Job Overview:
• The Assistant Team Manager will primarily focus on managing all documentation, legal paperwork, and administrative requirements for our players (both local and international). This role is crucial for ensuring smooth operations and compliance with sports federations and government regulations.
Vəzifə öhdəlikləri
- Player Documentation: Prepare, organize, and maintain player contracts, registration forms, and licenses.
- Transfer & Licensing: Manage internal and international transfer paperwork in compliance with volleyball federation regulations.
- Visa & Residency Support: Handle visa applications, work permits, and residency documentation for foreign players and staff.
- Travel Coordination: Assist in booking travel, accommodation, and managing itineraries for away games and training camps.
- Communication Liaison: Act as a point of contact between players, club management, and relevant sports authorities regarding administrative matters.
- Record Keeping: Maintain an updated and secure digital and physical database of all club and player documents.
- Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Languages: Fluency in Azerbaijani and English (both written and spoken) is required.
- Knowledge of Russian is an asset.
- Driving License: Must possess a valid driving license and a personal vehicle (Candidates with their own car will be strongly preferred).
- Skills: Excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Software: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
