<p>We are looking for a reliable and motivated <strong>Trilingual Dispatcher</strong> to join our team and work with US-based clients.</p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>

<ol>

<li>Answer incoming calls from customers in the United States</li>

<li>Communicate with customers professionally and politely</li>

<li>Schedule and confirm service appointments</li>

<li>Communicate with technicians and coordinate their schedules</li>

<li>Receive and process new service requests</li>

<li>Follow up with customers regarding appointments</li>

<li>Update customer information in the CRM</li>

<li>Handle basic customer questions and requests</li>

<li>Make outbound calls when necessary</li>

<li>Maintain a professional relationship with customers and technicians</li>

</ol>

<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>

<ol>

<li>Fluent Azerbaijani and Turkish</li>

<li>Strong spoken English with clear pronunciation</li>

<li>Good communication and customer service skills</li>

<li>Comfortable speaking with US customers over the phone</li>

<li>Reliable internet connection and a quiet place to work</li>

<li>Computer/laptop and headset</li>

<li>Ability to work independently</li>

<li>Responsible, punctual and organized</li>

<li>Previous experience in customer service, call center, sales, appointment setting or dispatching is a plus</li>
