General Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Nutrition and Dietetics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields,
• Preferably a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Brand Communication, or a related field,
• Minimum 4 years of Product Management experience in the OTC, food supplements,
• Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills,
• Preferably experienced in 360-degree marketing activities,
• Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to influence different internal and external target audiences,
• Willingness to travel and a valid driving license with active driving experience.
• Fluent in English or Turkish and Uzbek; knowledge of Russian is an advantage,

Job Description
• Develop and implement marketing and brand strategies for assigned products in line with the company’s strategic priorities and international market objectives,
• Analyze market trends, consumer needs, healthcare dynamics, competitor activities, product performance, and market opportunities, and translate market insights into actionable marketing strategies,
• Develop product positioning and brand strategies according to local market dynamics and ensure their effective implementation,
• Prepare annual marketing plans and budgets for assigned products,
• Develop short-, medium-, and long-term communication strategies for assigned brands and ensure that all marketing and communication activities are aligned with the overall brand strategy,
• Coordinate with distributors, sales teams, field teams, healthcare professionals, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of brand strategies in the market,
• Support the development and execution of product launch plans, including launch strategy, sales and marketing plans, promotional activities, and budgets,
• Develop and coordinate local marketing materials, promotional tools, communication concepts, packaging adaptations, and other brand assets in accordance with global brand guidelines and local market requirements,
• Monitor product sales, distribution, market share, and overall brand performance against targets; identify deviations and develop corrective action plans,
• Work closely with sales and field teams to translate marketing strategies into effective field execution and ensure alignment between marketing and sales activities,
• Plan and conduct product and brand training sessions for sales and field teams, ensuring that teams have the required product knowledge and communication skills,
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities and campaigns through relevant KPIs and market data,
• Review relevant medical and scientific literature and ensure that product communication is based on accurate and up-to-date scientific information,
• Closely follow regulatory, market, and competitive developments that may impact assigned products and brands,
• Conduct regular competitor and product portfolio analyses and provide recommendations for new product opportunities, portfolio development, and product positioning,
• Contribute to the development of the company’s market presence and brand equity by identifying new business and marketing opportunities,
• Manage relationships with external agencies, suppliers, and other service providers involved in marketing and brand activities,
• Prepare regular market, brand, and performance reports for management and the International Trade team.
• The position is based in Uzbekistan.
• Candidates currently residing in Türkiye or Azerbaijan may initially start their employment in Türkiye and relocate to Uzbekistan as part of the role
