The Role
• We are looking for a full-time English Teacher to lead our IELTS and General English classes. You will own your classroom: planning lessons, tracking student progress, and driving the kind of outcomes that build our reputation. This is a seat for someone who takes pride in their craft and wants room to grow with the academy.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality General English and IELTS lessons using our structured curriculum and digital materials.
- Prepare students for all four IELTS components (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking) to a measurable standard.
- Track each student's progress and adjust teaching to keep results on target.
- Maintain the engagement and retention our students expect.
- Contribute ideas to improve our programs as the academy grows.
Requirements
- Some IELTS teaching experience — you know the exam, the scoring, and the strategies that move a band score. (If not, training will be provided)
- Strong classroom-management skills.
- Reliability, professionalism, and a results-driven mindset.
