We're Hiring: Foreign Procurement Specialist

Должностные обязанности
- Source and negotiate with foreign suppliers/manufacturers for required goods and equipment
- Compare supplier offers on price, quality, lead time, and payment terms
- Track shipments and coordinate with logistics/customs brokers for timely delivery
- Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and price lists
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with international vendors
- Monitor market trends and identify new suppliers or alternative products
- Coordinate with the finance team on invoices, payments, and currency matters
- Resolve issues related to delayed shipments, damaged goods, or quality disputes
Требования
- 1–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, foreign trade, or logistics
- Fluent in Azerbaijani, English, (written and spoken)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Comfortable with MS Excel and procurement/ERP software
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple orders at once
- Knowledge of import procedures, customs documentation, and Incoterms is a plus
