- Assist in the preparation of architectural designs from conceptual sketches to final construction drawings.
- Utilize AutoCAD to produce high-quality, precise technical drawings, plans, sections, and details.
- Collaborate with Senior Architects to translate design concepts into technical documentation.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Participate in site visits to monitor progress and ensure alignment with architectural specifications.
- Coordinate with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure project integration.
Требования
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in the architectural or construction field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory (experience with Revit is a strong plus).
- Strong understanding of technical drafting, construction materials, and structural systems.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and meet strict project deadlines.
- A portfolio showcasing technical drawing skills and previous project involvement.
- Good communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
