Tegeta Motors Baku is inviting a customer-oriented and talented professional to join our team as a Service Operator.
We are looking for a team member who shares our commitment to delivering a high standard of service, respecting our customers, and creating the best possible customer experience at every stage of interaction.
Your Role
• As the first point of contact for our customers and an important member of the service team, you will ensure that our clients receive convenient and high-quality service.

- Receive customer inquiries and provide professional consultations.
- Schedule customers for service appointments.
- Coordinate processes between customers and service center specialists.
- Monitor the quality of communication with customers.
- Work with internal systems and customer data.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout every stage of the service process.
- Candidate Requirements
- Excellent communication skills and clear, professional speech.
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Customer-oriented mindset and a genuine willingness to help people.
- Proficiency in using computers and standard office software.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian is mandatory; English proficiency is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service within the automotive service industry is required.
