Legal & Compliance Director – Funds & Asset Management

NACBA in Singapore is seeking a seasoned legal and compliance professional to provide strategic legal advisory for fund management and to support expansion into brokerage businesses. The role focuses on guiding the business on regulatory matters and structuring fund vehicles. You will interact with Chinese stakeholders daily, using Mandarin as the working language, and help draft and negotiate fund documents while ensuring compliance with local and cross-border
