Registered Dietitian (In-Person or Virtual)

Job Description The Dietitian role has a clinical role maintaining a minimum of 30 minutes per resident per month at two long term care homes and will work some days per week at Lanark Heights Long Term Care Home in Kitchener and some days per week at St. Andrew’s Terrace Long Term Care Home in Cambridge. This role would be primarily in person, with the option to work remotely if required.
