- Analyze backlog reports and initiate proactive communication with vendors to expedite product procurement Maintain and monitor expedite communication;
- provide responses within 24/48h Entry, confirmation, and management of purchase orders Execute material planning processes;
- monitor stock levels Identify bottlenecks in daily operations Design, prototype, and build automated workflows to streamline order management and vendor communications
