The Corporate Legal Specialist is a newly established role created to strengthen the Company's corporate governance function. The role is responsible for coordinating corporate governance matters and ensuring the timely preparation, review, execution, and maintenance of corporate documentation between the Company, headquarters, affiliates, and external corporate secretaries.
