Job Description What this Department does: The IT Infrastructure department: Provides support to end users for basic computer, application, system, device, access and hardware issues. Identify, research and resolve technical problems. Responds to telephones, email and online requests. Documents, tracks and monitors problems using applicable system and tools. Serves as first point of
