Line Leader (Days and Nights available)

Blue Arrow are looking for line leaders, or those with potential to learn, to join a busy factory in the Bourne area. This is a temporary position but has the potential to lead to a direct contract for the right candidate after a minimum period of 12 weeks. We have both days and nights available: Day Shift: working from 7am - 19:00pm on a continental shift pattern (3, 2, 2) which includes every other weekend.
