Responsibilities
- Oversee night shift operations of incoming inspection, chemical stripping, thermal spraying and heat treatment.
- Conduct toolbox and daily management system (DMS) meetings covering safety, quality, delivery and cost (SQDC).
- Manage shift manpower deployment and attendance;
- elevate issues via MyAndon or other established channels.
