Part-Time Administrative Assistant / Office Support

H&N Machine Co. is looking for a dependable, organized, and self-motivated Part-Time Administrative Assistant / Office Support team member to help with day-to-day office and shop support. This is a hands-on administrative position that includes data entry, general office organization, purchasing and supply errands, and local customer/vendor deliveries and pickups. We are looking for someone who is comfortable handling a variety of tasks and helping wherever needed to keep the office and shop organized and running smoothly. Responsibilities • Perform general administrative and office support duties • Enter and maintain information in company systems, spreadsheets, and records • Organize paperwork, job files, purchase documents, and other company records • Assist with filing, scanning, copying, and document organization • Answer phones and assist with basic customer and vendor communication • Assist with ordering and picking up office and shop supplies • Make local pickups and deliveries to customers and vendors • Help maintain an organized office and front-office work area • Assist with shipping, receiving paperwork, and basic job documentation as needed • Track and follow up on routine administrative items • Support management and shop personnel with general administrative tasks • Perform other general office and business support duties as needed Qualifications • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Comfortable with computers, email, spreadsheets, and data entry • Ability to accurately enter and maintain information • Vietnamese-speaking preferred – We are especially interested in candidates who are able to communicate effectively in both English and Vietnamese.• Good written and verbal communication skills • Dependable and punctual • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
