Strategy: develop, implement and drive company-wide QHSE strategy, policies, procedures and annual plans. Management system: build, certify and maintain an Integrated Management System (IMS) based on ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) and ISO 14001 (Environment). Quality management: oversee process quality control, non-conformance management, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and monitoring of customer satisfaction and complaints. Audits: plan and conduct internal and external (certification) audits, track findings and organize management reviews. Risk management: establish and oversee risk assessment, job safety analysis (JSA) and permit-to-work systems for high-risk activities — work at height, elevator shaft/pit work and electrical work. Incident investigation: investigate incidents and near-misses, perform root cause analysis and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Team leadership: lead, coach, evaluate and develop QHSE specialist(s) and relevant staff. Training culture: organize QHSE training programs, induction briefings and daily safety briefings (toolbox talks). Subcontractors: assess and monitor subcontractor compliance with QHSE requirements. Compliance: ensure compliance with corporate standards, EN 81-20 / EN 81-50 elevator safety standards and local legislation (Labour Code, occupational safety norms). Reporting: define and track QHSE KPIs, prepare reports and present regularly to management.
