Senior Legal Executive

This is a hands‑on role supporting the Head of Legal in overseeing the Group's corporate secretarial, governance and legal matters. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management, business units and external advisers, and should be able to manage matters independently with sound commercial judgement. The role offers broad exposure to corporate governance, commercial contracts, M&A, corporate restructuring and strategic projects.
