Supervise a team of 3 to 5 warehouse staff, allocate daily manpower, and plan layout optimization for about 50,000sqft Manage inbound receiving, cargo breakdown, sorting, storage, picking, packing, and outbound dispatch for air/sea freight Liaise closely with internal teams, hauliers, and drivers to align cargo handling with shipping schedules and prevent bottlenecks.
